Energy Projects AU uses information provided during an enquiry to understand the site, respond to the person who contacted us and assess practical next steps for a potential commercial energy project.

Information we may receive

This may include contact details, business and site information, energy bills, operating information, roof or property documents and notes from conversations. Please only provide information you are authorised to share.

Website measurement

We may use privacy-conscious website analytics to understand general page use and whether contact actions are working. Do not include sensitive or personal information in links to this website.

Google Ads API data

Energy Projects AU uses an internal Search Demand Planner to support its own advertising research and campaign planning. Authorised staff may use the Google Ads API to retrieve keyword ideas, aggregate historical search metrics, competition indicators, bid ranges and forecast data associated with our company advertising account.

The planner is not offered to customers, agencies or other external advertisers. It does not identify individual Google Search users. Access credentials are kept on secured server infrastructure and are not intentionally exposed to the public website or browser.

Site snapshot

When you use the site snapshot, the address is sent to mapping and solar-data providers to locate the property and prepare the indicative result. The site may also suggest a business associated with that address. If you confirm or correct that business name, Energy Projects AU records the business name, site address, confirmation type and time as an indication that the opportunity may be relevant. We do not record your IP address with that interest signal.

Google Maps Platform supplies address and business suggestions. Its handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Do not enter private residential addresses unless you are authorised to do so.
